Celstream's offshore development center is located in the IT corridor of Bangalore, the "Silicon Valley" of India, close to the Central Business District. Our modern office measuring about 60,000 sq.ft. has ample space to cater to the needs of our customers.
All our engineers are provided with comfortable individual workspaces. We have several meeting/training rooms, a library, labs and server rooms. Other common amenities provided within the facility include a cafeteria, medical room and adequate parking. All our employees have access to a nearby, offsite fitness center.
The offices are fully backed up with generator power and adequate UPS capability to support all computing, networking and key information systems. Our offices are equipped with smoke detectors / fire alarm systems. A separate disaster recovery center adequately provides us with the ability to resume operations, should the need arise.
Security is provided by a combination of 24x7 physical security, facility-wide CCTV, and card-key access control. Access to customer-specific areas is restricted only to authorized personnel through card-key access control.

All our engineers are provided with standard PCs and office tools with switched Ethernet connectivity to the Celstream network. Access is restricted based on the location and customer-designated work area. All employees have remote access to email, and Internet access with firewall protection. Celstream has a separate leased line for Internet access.
Connectivity to our customers is provided using a combination of IPLC (international private leased circuit) and Frame Relay circuits or via Secure VPN over IP. This helps us to provide our customers with secure end-to-end connectivity between their offices and their engineering teams in our Bangalore facility.
Celstream works with extremely valuable customer Intellectual Property and has appropriate secure multi-site backup arrangements.
A PBX provides voice communication and audio conferencing facilities. We also have facilities for multiple location video conferencing via ISDN lines.
