Celstream has demonstrable expertise in both developing new products and maintaining existing products in various domains. A brief listing of some of those domains include:
Automation
Remote automation control of a Video server using industry standard protocols, Broadcast switcher, Router control and automation of the entire broadcast workflow from Ingest to Playout.
DMAM
Management and presentation of audio and video assets and their related metadata in the studio environment. Integration with necessary infrastructure including video ingest / playout servers, archive devices, networked storage such as NAS and Open SAN.
Audio/Video Editing
Rough and Final-cut editing of audio and video assets including mark-in and mark-out, sequencing edits, apply/render effects/transitions, adjust audio gain level, alpha channel mixing, audio channel routing.
Inter-op
Inter-operate among devices and applications from multiple vendors in the broadcast studio. Use industry standard formats for media exchange and transcode from one video/audio compression format to another.
Device Management
Monitor the health of equipment in the studio and alert in case of any intervention required, present a dashboard view of the entire infrastructure including servers, routers, switchers, signal present in the facility and the current operational state of each.
Content Security
Secure audio and video assets and restrict access using standard DRM frameworks available
Video Switching
Perform hard cuts (switching between two input signals), transitions, and keying operations and generate color signals. Analog component video and Digital SDI support are available. This service can be leveraged for live, video taped productions and for linear video editing.
Broadcast Routing
Route signals across the broadcast facility. Supported signals include SDI Video, HD Video, AES and Analog Audio (Stereo and Mono), Data, Port and Time Code with sizes ranging from 8x8 to 4096x4096 inputs and outputs.
