Celstream’s MPEG-4 Encoder/Decoder is an implementation of the MPEG-4, Part 2 technology (ISO/IEC 14496-2). MPEG-4, Part 2 is a low complexity Codec that is widely used for video applications that require up to VGA resolution on low powered platforms.
